3.3 Temperature Control Module
This section explains the operations of the intelligent function module tools related to the temperature control
module.
3.3.1 Automatic tuning
Perform the automatic tuning of the temperature control module.
For details of automatic tuning, refer to the user's manual of the module to be used.
Operating procedure
1. Select [Tool] ⇒ [Intelligent Function Module Tool] ⇒ [Temperature Control Module] ⇒
[Auto Tuning].
The Module Selection (Auto Tuning) screen is displayed.
2. Select a module and click the button.
The Auto Tuning screen is displayed.
