3. When "Mode" is set to "Setting Mode", click the button.
The operation mode of the temperature control function is changed to "Operation Mode".
4. Select the <<Auto Tuning Setting>> Tab.
5. Configure the automatic tuning settings.
For details of the setting items, refer to the user's manual of the module to be used.
6. Click the button.
The set values are written to the buffer memory of the module.
7. Select the <<Auto Tuning Execution>> tab.
8. Click the button.
The automatic tuning is started.
