The Monitor Item Selection
screen is displayed.
Select axes of monitor target or monitor items.
The screen when "Operation monitor" is selected as a monitor type is as shown below.
■ Starting history
Monitor the starting history which is stored in a buffer memory of QD75/LD75 positioning module.
Operating procedure
• Right-click on the Positioning Monitor screen and select [Starting History ] from the shortcut
menu.

Save the currently displayed history to a file in the CSV file format.
