Q.
How long will it take to charge the MIXX Integrated 10 PD
Power Bank?
A. The charge time will vary depending on the power
output of your charger.
For a 10,000mAh capacity power it will take up to 6 hours.
Q. My device is not fast charging with the Power Bank?
A.
• Make sure that you are connecting your device to the USB
C port on the side of the powerbank (PD) or the USB A
port on the side of the powerbank (QC) - the integrated
cables do not support fast charging with PD or QC.
• Make sure you are using a cable that supports PD or QC
charging.
• Unplug your device from the Power Bank and wait for
the Power Bank to turn off after 30 seconds before
trying again.
• The Integrated 10 PD will only fast charge when
one device is plugged into it for charging - if you are
charging more than one device at the same time they
will all charge at a low rate of between 6 and 9W (5V
1.2A ~1.5A).
