2.7.3 LV Direct Parallel Connection WITHOUT Certified Inverter BMS Communication (Open-Loop)
It is recommended to always use an inverter equipped with CAN communication as listed in this manual,
however any inverter can be used with Deka Duration batteries by setting the voltage and current values
according to the table below.
Note that for installations WITHOUT certified Inverter BMS Communications, the maximum number
of battery modules per installation is limited to five in parallel (5). The DD21001 Low Voltage Hub
must not be used without Certified Inverter BMS Communication.

Note
Without CAN communication, it is not always possible to perform a
correct calibration of the cells due to the lack of interaction with the
inverter. It is therefore possible that the SoC 100% threshold is not
reached.
It is recommended to use the minimum and maximum settings
indicated, and to monitor the charging process to ensure that the
battery does not go into protection mode for Low or High Voltage,
Temperature or Current.
