UNPACKING, TRANSPORT & ASSEMBLY

2. DIAMOND BLADE INSTALLATION:

• Identify Motor Shaft, Retaining Screw (1) and Outer

Flange (2).

• Hold Shaft Wrench (3) stationary. Rotate Blade

Wrench (4) counter-clockwise. Remove Retaining

Screw and Outer Flange.

• Seat Blade (5) on Inner Flange (6). Verify rotation

direction of blade.

• Hold Shaft Wrench (3) stationary. Rotate Blade

Wrench (4) clockwise. Install Retaining Screw (8)

and Outer Flange (7) & tighten.

NOTE

When installing the Retaining Screw, do not “cross-thread”

and DO NOT over tighten the screw.
