4. DIAMOND BLADE CHANGE-OUT:

• Remove Retaining Screw (1) and Outer Flange (2):

Hold Shaft Wrench (3) stationary. Rotate Retaining

Screw counter-clockwise to loosen screw.

• Remove Blade from Motor Shaft.

• Seat Blade on the Inner Flange (4) under Blade

Guard and onto Motor Shaft. Note the

indicated rotation direction.

• Install Outer Flange (2) and Retaining Screw (1):

Hold Shaft Wrench (3) stationary. Rotate and tighten

Retaining Screw (1) clockwise.

NOTE: When installing the Retaining Screw, do not

“cross-thread” and DO NOT over tighten the screw.

Disconnect the tool before servicing and when changing

accessories, such as blades, bits, cutters, and the like.
