MK-101 Cutting Head Stop
The MK-101 Cutting Head Stop is designed to provide protection from accidental contact
of a 10” diameter tile saw blade and the sliding table during operation of your MK-101
Tile Saw. The Stop can be mounted in either of two positions, to accommodate the two-
position feature of the MK-101 cutting head. The Stop is removed completely for use of
smaller diameter blades and profile wheels.
Figure 1 illustrates the correct position of the Stop when the MK-101 is used with
a 10” Blade and the Cutting Head placed in the Forward Position.
Figure 2 illustrates the correct position of the Stop when the MK-101 is used with
a 10” Blade and the Cutting Head placed in the Rearward Position.

The stop is held in place with a 20 X 1
Hex Head Machine Screw and lock washer and is removed or installed with a
7/16” wrench. Be careful not to over tighten the screw when installing the Stop.
