MICRO-V BELT INSPECTION, ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT

NOTE:

When a new belt is installed, it should be inspected and re-tensioned after the

rst forty-eight (48) hours of operation.

COOLING FLOW

“Rodding” cooling channels is performed by removing the ow control valve and then inserting a

small wire rod through the cooling channel inlet, on the top of the Blade Guard and directing the rod

out through each of the diamond blade cooling ow outlet ports, located on the underside of the Blade

Guard. The cooling channels should be “rodded” until each of the outlet ports are open and free of

foreign debris.
