Have the Tools menu displayed.

Select [GPS].

Select [Cold Start] of “GPS”.
A confirmation message is displayed.

Select [YES].
The GPS satellite information is reset and you
are returned to the screen in

Resetting GPS satellite information.
note
• If you drive for a long distance with the power of PND turned off, it may take a while to locate the current
position when you turn the power back on.
In such case, it may be faster to reset the GPS information as described above. There is no need to reset the
GPS information in any other case.
