10. In the next screen, enter the date on which the patient is expected to be discharged and
press enter.
The date should be in mm/dd/yyyy format.
11. In the next screen, enter the accession number of the patient and press enter.
The accession number can contain a maximum of 9 numeric characters. The number you
enter here serves as an identification number for this patient.
12. In the next screen, select a procedure name for the patient.
Press to view the list of procedures. Select the relevant procedure and press enter.
13. In the next screen, enter the date on which the patient is expected to undergo a procedure.
The date should be in mm/dd/yyyy format.
14. In the next screen, enter the time at which the procedure is expected to start.
Enter the time in mm/dd/yyyy hr.min.sec format and press enter. mm/dd/yyyy indicates the
date on which procedure is expected to start; hr.min.sec indicates the time at which
procedure is expected to start.
15. In the next screen, enter the time at which the procedure is expected to end.
Enter the time in mm/dd/yyyy hr.min.sec format and press enter. mm/dd/yyyy indicates the
date on which procedure is expected to end; hr.min.sec indicates the time at which procedure
is expected to end.
The details of new patient are updated in the database and the Patient Selection screen is
displayed as shown in the following illustration.

Tip:
If you are unable to recollect the date on which procedure is expected to
start press Back on the virtual keyboard.
Similarly use the Back button to refer to any data entered previously.
