Field Description
Date Date on which contrast media was administered.
Time Time at which contrast media was administered.
Procedure Procedure that was performed on the patient or procedure
that the patient is expected to undergo.
CPT Code The procedure code

Technologist Name of the person who administered the dosage.

Product Name of the contrast media selected for the patient.
Presentation The unit used for measuring contrast media.
Lot Number Lot number assigned to the contrast media.
Expiration
Date Expiration date of the contrast media.
Quantity
Dosed
Quantity of contrast media that was administered to the
patient.

4. Select the dosage that you want to change.
5. Press Change Dosage.
The following numeric keypad is displayed.
6. Enter the new dosage value and press enter.
The new value is updated and the dosage is changed.
