The table below provides a brief description of fields in the eGFR Calculator.
Field Description
Serum Creatine Enter the Serum Creatine value for the patient.
Press edit to enter the value.
Age Enter the age (years) of the patient.
Press edit to enter the age.
Gender The gender of the patient.
Press the relevant button to select the gender.
Race The race to which patient belongs.
Press the relevant button to select the race.

5. Enter the patient information in the relevant fields and press Confirm.
To change the eGFR score for an existing patient
1. Navigate to the Patient Selection screen shown in Illustration 8 on page 28.
2. Select the patient for whom you want to view eGFR calculator.
3. Press Confirm Patient.
The Patient Summary screen is displayed as shown in the following illustration.
