If you subscribed to the optional medication reminder service and have
scheduled medications, please note:
At the
scheduled time for your Medication Reminder, your Cellular Base Station will
announce “Medication Reminder – Please Press Reset to Accept” and the blue reset
button will flash.
The name of the medication will be displayed on the Cellular Base Station screen just
like it was
entered in the MobileHelp Connect web portal.
The Base Station will make the announcement once a minute for 30 minutes or
until reset button is pressed.
If you press
the “reset” button, the reminder will be recorded as accepted. If you do
not press the "reset" button within 30 minutes, the reminder will be recorded as
ignored.
