Mix synchronization settings between Exchange server and PC
If, for example, you wish to sync your phone to Exchange Server for E-mail
and Tasks, and to your PC for Contacts and Calendar, from your phone, tap
Start > Programs > ActiveSync > Menu > Options and select from the list.
Synchronize as new items arrive
You can schedule automatic synchronization between your device and
Microsoft Exchange every time an item arrives or is changed in Microsoft
Exchange, after your rst full synchronization with Microsoft Exchange.
You can synchronize information automatically as items arrive only if your
company running Microsoft Exchange with Exchange ActiveSync.
Tap Menu > Schedule.... 1.
Do one or both of the following: 2.
Under Peak times, select As items arrive. It is generally more cost-ecient to •
synchronize on a regular schedule when mail volume is high.
Under O-peak times, select As items arrive. This can be more cost-ecient than •
synchronizing on a regular schedule when mail volume is low.
