To use a xed IP address with a Wireless LAN
Most Wireless LANs are congured to support dynamic addresses. However,
if you require a xed IP address, do the following:
Tap 1.
Start > Settings > Connections tab > WiFi > Network adapters tab.
Tap an adapter to modify settings.2.
Select the IP address tab to enter a xed IP address.3.
4. Select the Name Servers tab if you need to supply addresses for the DNS or WINS servers.
