2.7 Mounting the Vandalism Set

In order to install the Vandalism set, replace the regular outer shell and the Allen

screws by the stainless steel cover, the security screws and the four spacers of the

Vandalism set.

1) Remove the outer shell: Remove all four Al-

len screws using the supplied Allen wrench.

Take off the outer shell.

2) Remove the lens gasket: Remove the lens

using the lens wrench and remove the lens

gasket.

3) Insert the lens: Insert the lens and tighten it

using the lens wrench, then adjust image

sharpness while checking the live image on a

computer monitor.

4) Clean the lens: If required, clean the lens gently using a lint-free cotton cloth.

Do not apply excessive pressure onto the glass surface when cleaning the

lens.

5) Mount the dome: Use the supplied wrench

and mount the dome by turning it clockwise.

If required, clean the dome gently using a

lint-free cotton cloth before finishing the in-

stallation. Check the focus of the live image

again and re-adjust the focus, if required.
