Trouble Shooting

1. Some N.C.E. decoders will not run in reverse with Prodigy Advance.

There is a problem with some N.C.E. decoders in the “28” step mode. Use the SPD STEP button

on your Prodigy Advance Cab and change the speed step to either “14” or “128” by following the

instructions in the Prodigy Advance manual.

2. Older MRC decoders (AD305, AD310, AD315) and older Lenz decoders will not accept a

2-digit address when programming the address.

When programming an address into these decoders, go to CV programming mode and enter the

address data into CV #1 (short address CV).
