Es besteht automatisch auch eine Deckung für den Betrieb als Modellflugzeug. Solange noch keine
Betriebsbewilligung der Austro Control GesmbH vorliegt gelten alle anderen Verwendungen des uLFZ als
zum Zweck des Fluges selbst als ausgeschlossen (z.B. Fotoflüge). Deckung besteht im Rahmen des §
24c LFG. / There will be an automatically Coverage for usage as an RV-aircraft. As long there is no permit
to fly issued from Austro Control GesmbH, all other flights then pleasure flights (e.g. photo-flights) are

Für das bezeichnete Luftfahrzeug besteht Halterhaftpflicht-Versicherungsschutz im genannten Umfang

Der Versicherungsschutz besteht zu den im Luftfahrt-Versicherungsmarkt üblichen Bedingungen und
entspricht in diesem Rahmen den Anforderungen des österreichischen Luftfahrtgesetzes sowie den
Bestimmungen gemäß §151, §164, §165 und §168 (1) LFG sowie der EU-Verordnung 2027/1997 (Haftung
über SZR 113,100 gemäß Art 3 und Vorauszahlung gemäß Art. 5), EU-Verordnung 785/2004 und EU-
Verordnung 1008/2008. / Coverage is based on Aviation Insurance Market standard conditions in
compliance with the requirements of §151, §164, §165 und §168(1) LuftFG (Austrian Air Traffic Law) and
the Regulation (EC) 2027/1997 (SDR 113,100 (Art. 3) and advanced payment (Art. 5)), Regulation (EC)
785/2004 and Regulation (EC) 1008/2008.
