OVERVIEW
The Modern Forms app enables control of Wi-Fi equipped Modern Forms Smart Fans.
Log in with your existing Facebook Account or Google Account, create a new Modern Forms app account .
New Modern Forms app accounts require every user to create a password with a minimum of 6 valid characters.
The Modern Forms app remembers if the user has previously logged in.
You may reset your own password anytime using the Modern Forms app and will receive a reset link via email.
MULTIPLE FAN MODE
A maximum of 12 fans can operate on a circuit through an on/o switch or breaker when utilizing the Modern Forms app
for the fan control (without the wall control in the circuit).
