Return to Modern Forms app

and connect your local Wi-Fi

network to begin connection

to the cloud.

6. UPLOAD IMAGE

(OPTIONAL)

Take a picture of the Modern

Forms fan as installed in the

room or choose an image

from the mobile device photo

library and select ''Next'' or

press ''Skip'' to complete the

pairing process.
