3A. Attaching the Fan Blades/Blade Arms (Brushed Nickel)
2. Installing the Mounting Bracket
Remember to disconnect the power at the circuit breaker.
1. Remove 1 of 2 screws from the bottom of the mounting bracket
and save for use in section 11. Loosen the other screw (Fig. 2).
2. Pass the 120-volt supply wires through the center hole in the
mounting bracket as shown (Fig. 2A).
3. Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling outlet box with the
screws and washers provided with your outlet box. Use Part A if
needed
4. Before you install the blades/blade arms - remove and discard
the rubber motor stops from the motor housing.
NOTE: Make sure that mounting screws are tight.
1. Attach the blade to blade arm using the screws and washers as
shown in (Fig. 3). Use Part B.
2. Fasten blade/blade arm to the motor housing using the supplied
screws to motor using screws supplied (Fig.3). Use Part C.
1. Lay the side of the blade holder on a flat surface with the inside
of the blade holder facing up. Attach the blade to the blade holder
with the decorative screw nuts, flat washers, and screws. Make
sure to tighten screws. Use Part B. (Decorative screw nuts are
located in the hardware bag).
2. Attach assembled blades and blade holders to the motor housing
using the provided screws with lock washers. Make sure the
screws securing the blade holders to the motor housing are on
tight. (Fig. 3B) Use Part C.
(Brushed nickel version comes included with diļ¬€erent blade arms and decorative wire nuts. Skip to 3A if
you ordered the Brushed Nickel version of this fan.)
