Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass Installation und Nachtjustierung Errichten Sie die Modellsbasis indem Sie, wie im Bild ersichtlich, die Rohre in die entsprechenden Öffnungen stecken - es ist kein Kleben notwendig. Fügen Sie den Kiel, ein wasserdichtes Gummistücke und den Ballast zusammen, fixieren Sie ihn mit HM5*25mm Schraube & ziehen diese mit dem H4.0mm Sechskantschlüssel fest.
Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass Stecken Sie den Hauptmast, das Vorstagbeschlagteil und den kurzen Mast zusammen. Fügen Sie jetzt den kurzen Mast mit dem Wirbel und dem metallenen Achterstag zusammen. Positionieren Sie die Silikonringe am Hauptausleger wie im Bild dargestellt. Positionieren Sie die Silikonringe am Klüverbaum wie im Bild dargestellt. Schneiden Sie sich etwa 150mm der Abspannleine ab und verbinden Sie damit den Wirbel und die Öse des Hauptsegels und sichern sie mit einem Bowsie.
Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass 8 Schneiden Sie weitere 100mm von der Abspannleine ab und verbinden Sie damit die Öse des Hauptauslegers und des Hauptsegels. Schneiden Sie die Abspannschnur bei 150mm, verbinden Sie damit die Öse vom Hauptsegel und mit dem Silikonring am Hauptausleger. Nehmen Sie weitere 1600mm, verknoten Sie beide Enden jeweils mit einem Gabelkopfverschluss und haken ein Ende dann in die Rumpföse und das andere am Achterstag ein.
Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass Das andere Ende knüpfen Sie mit einem Bowsie-Knoten an den Gabelknopf, anschließend hängen Sie den Gabelkopf in die Öse ein, wie im Bild gezeigt. Hängen Sie den Gabelkopf an den geeigneten Teil am Vorstag, die Öse sollte hierbei parallel zum Rumpf ausgerichtet sein. Knüpfen Sie 200mm der Abspannschnur zu Silikonring Nr. 7 Führen Sie die Schnur dann durch den Bowsie und die Ösen am Deck.
Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass Mit SR 4 können Sie das Fock Segel spannen bzw. lockern. Wie auch das Hauptsegel, benötigt das Fock Segel bei starkem Wind mehr Spielraum um sich zu bewegen und bei entspannten Windverhältnissen können Sie das Segel straffer ziehen. SR5 dient dazu den Winkel zu erweitern indem sich der Segelstock bewegen kann. Stellen Sie hierbei sicher, dass das Fock Segel stärkere Winkel als das Hauptsegel zurücklegen kann.
Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass Bewegen Sie den Bowsie, um die Beugung am Hauptmast zu korrigieren. Die Schnur sollte einen kleinen Bogen machen, der Mast sollte aber in waagrechter Position bleiben. Verändern Sie den Bowsie am unteren Ende, um die Hypothenuse am Fock Segel zu verstärken oder zu verringern. Bewegen Sie diesen Bowsie um den Fuß des Fock Segels um anzuziehen oder zu lockern. Mit diesem Bowsie können Sie die Distanz zwischen Fockausleger und Deck verändern.
Betriebsanleitung - MODSTER Compass Sender und Empfänger binden Unter Bindung versteht man die Programmierung des Empfängers zur Erkennung des GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) Code eines einzelnen spezifischen Senders. Wenn ein Empfänger an einen Sender gebunden ist, reagiert er nur auf auf diesen speziellen Sender. Wenn Sie eine neue Bindung vornehmen müssen, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor: 1. 2. 3. 4. Segeln erfordert konstante Reaktionen auf Wasserbewegungen und Windveränderungen, darunter fallen adjustierungen des Ruders und der Segel um den bestmöglichen Kurs zu finden.

Manual - MODSTER Compass Installation and rigging guide Setup the display base as shown in picture. Insert the tubes into the sockets, no gluing is required. Fix the keel, waterproof rubber piece and ballast with a HM5*25mm screw, using a H4.0mm allen key. Setup the keel, waterproof rubber piece into hull by HM5*50mm screw, using a H4.0mm allen key. Insert the rudder from hull bottom to deck through the rudder arm, connected with a clip, make sure rudder is able to rotate freely.
Manual - MODSTER Compass Connect long mast, forestay part and short mast together. Connect the short mast, swivel and metal backstay crane. Adjust position of Silicone Ring (,,SR for short“) on main boom as shown in picture. Adjust position of SR on jib boom as shown in picture. Cut a length of Dyneema cord at about 150mm, insert in holes to connect swivel and eyelet of main sail through a bowsie. Refer to the how-to picture helping you to tie a bowsie correctly.
Manual - MODSTER Compass Cut a length of Dyneema cord at aroung 100mm, connect eyelet of main sail and main boom bearing. Cut a length of Dyneema cord at about 150mm, connect eyelet of main sail and main boom silicone ring. Cut a length of Dyneema cord at about 1600mm, tie both ends with a clevis, then hook one side on eyelet of hull, the other on backstay crane hole. Connect a bowsie on cord closer to hull side.
Manual - MODSTER Compass Tie the other end of the cord to a clevis through a bowsie, then hook the clevis to the eyelet of jib boom as shown in picture. Hook the clevis to the forestay fitting part, keep its eyelet pointing parallel with the hull. Cut a length of Dyneema cord at about 200mm, tie on end on SR7, then lead the cord through a bowsie and eyelets on deck as shown in picture.

Move SR4 to adjust jib sail until it is appropriately tight, but leaving little bending room so that it can sail. Normally if in strong wind environment it needs more bending room, in gentle wind environment it needs less bending room. Move SR5 to adjust the expand angle when you power on and move sail stick.

Move the bowsie at lower position to tighten or loosen jib sail hypotenuse. Move bowsie to tighten or loosen jib sail leg. Move bowsie to adjust distance between jib boom and deck. Move bowsie to tighten or loosen main sail leg. Move bowsie to adjust bended angle of mast.

When a receiver is bound to a transmitter, the receiver will only respond to that specific transmitter. If you need to rebind for any reason, please follow these steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. With the transmitter switched OFF. Power on the receiver, then turn on the transmitter within 5 seconds.

Sailing requi- res constant reaction to water movements and wind directions. These reactions require adjustments of rudder and sails, in order to find the best possible course.
