Here are the basic tools you need to install the Flo device: Choose from these 3 options to complete the installation: OPTION 1 Solder • Basic Tools • Solder, Flux and Torch A B OPTION 2 Quick Connect D OPTION 3 Crimp / Press A Pipe Cutter C Teflon Tape B Measuring Tape D Additional Copper Pipe and Fittings* * Fittings will vary based on the installation type.
Installation After Installation STEP 1 Locate and turn off the main water supply valve STEP 2 Relieve water pressure by opening as many fixtures possible STEP 4 STEP 5 STEP 6 STEP 7 Slowly turn on the main water supply Turn off the fixtures opened from Step and look for any possible leaks 2 and check for any possible leaks in around the point of installation the installation STEP 3 Install the Flo device on the cold water main line after the manual shutoff and the pressure reducing valve A.
Run a Health Test 1. Open the Flo app and navigate to the Control Panel. 10 2. Turn off all the fixtures and tap ‘Run Health Test’. Note that the Health Test can take up to 8 minutes.
