MONITOR LIGHT DESCRIPTIONS

Probable Cause(s) Recommended Action(s)
LED is blinking Amber and Blue.
The device is broadcasting a network in an attempt to
congure with your mobile device

LED is solid Green.
Device connected to your network.
None.
LED is solid Yellow.
Device is not able to connect with your network.
Check network connection.
LED is blinking Yellow (half a
second on, then 9 and a half
seconds off).
Device is running on battery power.
Check main power source.
LED is blinking Yellow: 1 second
on, then 4 seconds off.
Beeper: Beeps in a low pitch
tone for 0.5 second, then off for
600 seconds.
Battery power low.
Replace battery when convenient.
LED is blinking Yellow: 1 second
on, then 1 second off.
Beeper: Beeps in a low pitch
tone for 0.5 second, then off for
600 seconds.
Battery dead.
Replace battery to ensure proper operation.
LED is Blinking White.
The device is in the process of upgrading to the latest
software.
None.
LED is blinking Red, half second
on, then half second off.
Beep is constant.
Water in the sump basin is above overow water level or
water detected by leak sensor.
Take immediate action.

If a battery backup sump pump is installed, the backup
should be running. If not, take immediate action.
