Care and Cleaning Guide
Before you begin: Always read the label located on the back of your area rug. Carefully follow any
special instrucons provided by the manufacturer to maintain the validity of your rug warranty.
Wrinkles
Temporary wrinkling is common in area rugs aer they have been packaged and shipped.
Reverse roll your area rug and store in a warm, dry place (i.e. laundry room, sun room) for 2-3
days to help the bers relax.
Vacuuming
Vacuum on a regular basis, at least once weekly, to extend the beauty and life of your rug.
Avoid engaging the beater bar of your vacuum to prevent accidental pulls and snags in the
bers.
Rotaon
Rotate your rug every few months to evenly distribute wear. Rugs in high trac areas can be
rotated more frequently.
