this!warranty!an d!during!the!stated!period !of!th e!w arran ty.!The!“period!of!the!warranty”!shall!mean!the!

30!years!for!reside ntial!use!!!

7!years!fo r!ligh t!c o m mercial!use!!!

For*the*SolidTech*6.5*mm*flooring*products-!

35!years!for!reside ntia l!use!!!

8!years!for!light!comm e rc ia l!use!!

WARRANTIES:*

Joint*Integrity:*

Mohawk!warrants!that!during!the!period!of!the!warranty!the!Uniclic!brand!locking!system!contained!in!

SolidTech!Flooring!will!not!fail.!

Manufacturing*Defect:*

Mohawk!warrants!that!during!the!period!of!the!warranty!SolidTech!Flooring!will!be!free!from!manufacturing!

defects.!

Staining:*

Mohawk!warrants!that!during!the!period!of!the!warranty!SolidTech!Flooring!will!resist!staining.!“Stain!

resistance”!is!the!ability!o f!y o ur !So lid T ec h !flo o r!to !re sist!p e rmanent !sta in s.!

All*Pet:*

Mohawk!warrants!that!during!the!period!of!the!warranty!SolidTech!Flooring!will!resist!stains!from!all!

domestic!pets,!including!vomit,!urine,!or!feces.!“Stain!resistance”!is!the!ability!o f!yo u r!S o lid Te c h!flo o r!to !re sis t!

permanent!stains.!

Waterproof:*

Mohawk!warrants!that!during!the!period!of!the!warranty!SolidTech!Flooring!is!100%!waterproof!and!the!

structural!integrity!of!the!floor!will!not!be!significantly!diminished!by!exposure!to!water.!

Wear*Resistance:*

Mohawk!warrants!that!during!the!period!of!the!warranty!SolidTech!Flooring!wear!layer!will!not!wear!through!

the!design!layer.!

Obligations*of*Owner:!!

Owner!must!submit!notice!of!all!claim!under!these!warranties!to!the!retailer!within!the!specified!warranty!

period.!Claims!must!be!submitted!in!writing.!!!!

The following general terms and conditions apply. If you have questions regarding the warranty information, please contact your retailer or Mohawk sales representative. 1. These warranties apply to SolidTech Flooring when installed and maintained in accordance with our most recent installation and maintenance procedures.

SolidTech Warranty This will prevent walk off mats from becoming the source of tracked on contaminants. Walk off mats should be large enough to allow adequate soil removal. 9. These warranties do not apply to damage from exposure to extreme heat or sunlight exposure, dryness, or stains as a result of chemical or industrial products (other than recommended cleaning products). Windows coverings should be used during periods of intense sunlight to avoid intense heating of flooring product. 10.
