A Beginners Guide to Minecraft
When minecraft finishes downloading, you will get a window that looks something like this … (please
note that the terrain may be different for you)
In this version you will have unlimited resources and instant mining. The bar at the bottom of the
screen is your interactive inventory. At the moment your inventory will contain (from left to rite)
Stone, Cobble stone, Brick, Dirt,
Wooden plank, Wood, Leaves, Glass
and Stone Slab. These are all building
blocks in the world of minecraft! Now if you want more, open up your inventory by pressing B.
After pressing B this window should appear. From here you can choose from
a wider variety of blocks and some scenery pieces …. Now let’s see what we
can do with these blocks …
