PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
CAUTION. Causes moderate eye irritation. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or
clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, using tobacco or using the toilet.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This pesticide is toxic to fish and freshwater aquatuc invertebrates.
FIRST AID: In case if emergency, call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Have the product container or label
with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment.
IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the
first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.
IF ON SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
IF SWALLOWED: Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison
control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a poison control center or doctor
immediately for treatment advice.

DISINFECTION PERFORMANCE (in institutions, hospitals, Dental Offices, Nursing Homes, and Other Health Care
Institutions and facilities, Schools, Restaurants, Beverage and Food Processing Plants and Other Non-Medical Facilities):
This product kills the following bcaterial in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Burkholderia
cepecia, Campylobacter jejuni, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes, Enterobacter aerogenes, Enterobacteriaciae (with extended
beta-lactamase resistance), Enterobacter cloacae, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium (Vancomycin resistant),
Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli (Antibiotic resistant), Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae (Antibiotic resistant),
Legionella pneumophila, Listeria monocytogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas
aeruginosa (Antibiotic resistant), Salmonella enterica, Salmonella schottmuelleri , Salmonella typhi, Serratia marcescens,
Shigella dysenteriae), Shigella flexneri, Shigella sonnei, Staphylococcus aureu, Staphylococcus aureus (CA MRSA) (Community
Acquired Methicillin Resistant), Staphylococcus aureus (Methicillin resistant) (MRSA), Staphylococcus epidermidis (Antibiotic
resistant), Streptococcus pyogenes, Vibrio cholerae.
VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following viruses in 10-minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard
non-porous surfaces: Herpes Simplex Type 1 Virus, Herpes Simplex Type 2 Virus, HIV-1**, Hepatitis C Virus, Hepatitis B Virus,
Human Coronavirus, Respiratory syncytial Virus, Vaccinia Virus.
NON-FOOD CONTACT SANITIZING PERFORMANCE: When used on hard, non-porous surfaces this product kills 99.9% of the
following organisms in 3 minutes: Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus.
FUNGICIDAL PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following fungi in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard, non-porous
surfaces: Candida albicans, Trichophyton mentagrophytes
MILDEWSTATIC PERFORMANCE: This product controls the following fungi in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard,
non-porous surfaces: Aspergillus niger
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
DISINFECTION/FUNGICIDAL/VIRUCIDAL* DIRECTIONS: Pre-clean heavily soiled areas. Apply this ready-to-use product
undiluted to walls, floors and other hard, non-porous surfaces such as Crypton barrier fabric, tables, chairs, countertops, sinks,
glazed tile and glazed porcelain with a brush, cloth, sponge or mechanical spray device so as to thoroughly wet surfaces. If
mechanical spray device is used, spray must be coarse. Spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Treated surfaces
must remain wet for 10 minutes and then let air dry or wipe up excess liquid. Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water after
use. Rinsing is not necessary unless floors are to be coated with finish or restorer. Replace solution if it becomes visibly dirty.
This product is not for use on Medical device surfaces.
*KILLS HIV, HCV AND HBV ON PRE-CLEANED HARD, NON-POROUS SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH
BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of hard,
non-porous surfaces/objects with body fluids and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can
be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1** (HIV-1), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and
Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1, HCV AND HBV ON SURFACES/OBJECTS
SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS. Personal Protection: Clean-up must always be done wearing protective latex gloves,
gowns, masks and eye protection. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces
and objects before application of this product. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids, cleaning materials
and clothing must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations for infectious waste disposal.
Contact Time: For HIV, let surface remain wet for 2 minutes with undiluted solution. For HBV, HCV and all other organisms listed
on label, a 10 minute contact time is required.
SANITIZER DIRECTIONS FOR NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES IN INSTITUTIONAL FACILITIES TO SANITIZE AND
DEODORIZE: Apply ready-to-use solution to hard, non-porous surfaces, thoroughly wetting surfaces as required, with a brush,
cloth, sponge or mechanical spray device or by immersion. Pre-clean heavily soiled areas. For sprayer applications, use a coarse
spray device. Spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Let stand for 3 minutes. Then wipe. Allow to air dry. Replace
solution if it becomes visibly dirty.
Before using this product, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully
protected. After use, all surfaces in the area must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.
DIRECTIONS FOR FOOD PROCESSING PLANTS: For use on non-food contact surfaces such as floors, walls, tables,
garbage cans and disposal areas. Before using this product, food products and packaging materials must be removed
from the room or carefully protected. Follow Disinfection directions.
MOLD AND MILDEW CONTROL DIRECTIONS: This product will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and
their odors on hard, non-porous surfaces. To control the growth of mold and mildew and their odors on hard,
non-porous surfaces, apply this ready-to-use product. Thoroughly wet all treated surfaces completely. Allow surface to
remain wet for 10 minutes. Let surface air dry. Repeat application weekly or when growth or odor reappears.
FOR USE AS A GENERAL CLEANER AND/OR DEODORIZER: Apply 1 oz of ready-to-use solution to surfaces. Wipe
surfaces and let air dry.
WATER AND SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION (Not for use in CA.)
WATER AND SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION: Effective against odor caused by water and smoke for home,
institutional, industrial and hospital use. This ready-to-use product is particularly suitable for use in water damage
restoration situations against odor caused by water on the following porous and semi-porous materials: carpets, carpet
cushion, sub floors, drywall, trim, frame lumber, tackless strip and paneling. Saturate affected materials with enough
ready-to-use product to remain wet for at least 10 minutes. Use proper ventilation.
SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION: Effective against odor caused by smoke for home, institutional, industrial and
hospital use. This ready-to-use product is particularly suitable for use in smoke damage restoration situations against
odor caused by smoke on the following porous and semi-porous materials: carpets, carpet cushion, upholstery, drapes,
sub floors, drywall, trim, and frame lumber, tackless strip and paneling. Follow directions as outlined in the Water
Damage Restoration section. Saturate affected materials with enough product to remain wet for at least 10 minutes.
Use proper ventilation.
SEWER BACKUP & RIVER FLOODING: During mitigation procedures, remove gross filth or heavy soil along with
non-salvageable materials. To rid affected area of odors caused by sewer backup and river flooding, saturate all
affective areas with ready-to-use product using a sprayer using a coarse spray tip, before and after cleaning and
extraction.
CARPETS, CARPET CUSHIONS AND OTHER POROUS MATERIALS SUCH AS SUB FLOORS, DRYWALL, TRIM AND
FRAME LUMBER, TACKLESS STRIP AND PANELING: Effective against odor caused by water damage. For water
damage from a clean water source, extract excess water. Test hidden area for colorfastness. Remove gross filth or
heavy soil. Apply ready-to-use product directly with a sprayer using a coarse spray tip, to fully saturate affected
materials. Roll, brush or agitate into materials and allow the materials to remain damp for 10 minutes. Follow with a
thorough extraction. Dry rapidly and thoroughly.
CARPET CLEANING (Not for use in CA.)
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING CARPET AGAINST ODOR CAUSED BY BACTERIA: This ready-to-use product
can be used to deodorize carpets in industrial and institutional, commercial and residential areas such as homes,
motels & hotel chains, nursing homes, schools and hospitals. For use on wet cleanable synthetic fibers. Do not use on
wool. Vacuum carpet thoroughly prior to cleaning. Test fabric for color fastness.
Do not mix this product with other cleaning products. Follow the cleaning procedures specified by the manufacturer of
the cleaning equipment. After using this ready-to-use product, set the carpet pile and protect the carpet from furniture
legs and bases while drying. Do not over wet. If applied to stain resistant nylon carpet, apply a fabric protector
according to the carpet manufacturer’s directions.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store only in original container. Keep this product under locked storage sufficient to make it
inaccessible to children or persons unfamiliar with its proper use. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely
hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes
cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control
Agency, or the Hazardous Waste Representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. CONTAINER
HANDLING: Non-Refillable Container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly
after empyting. Triple rinse as follows: Fill the container ¼ full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Drain for 10
seconds after the flow begins to drip. Follow Pesticide Disposal instructions for rinsate disposal. Repeat procedure two
more times. Then offer for recycling if available or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration.
