❶ Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the seat clamp bolt and
insert the seat post into the seat tube. Figure 3.29
❷ Adjust the seat height up or down unl the rider feels they
have control of the bicycle and are comfortable.
Important! Be sure the minimum inseron marks do not go
past the top of the seat clamp and are not visible. See
Secon 1, Fig. 1.2: Seat Height and Handlebar Reach.
❸ Tighten the seat clamp bolt to lock the seat in place.
❹ Remove the cover on top of the seat.
❺ Using a 6 mm Allen wrench loosen the seat bolt unl the
seat moves freely.
❻ Adjust the angle of the seat unl the rider feels comfortable
and is sll able to control the bicycle.
❼ Tighten the seat bolt and lock the seat in place. Replace the
cover on the seat.
❽ Check the seat to be sure it does not move.
