Follow Mode. Controls are always assigned to at least one generator. They can be
assigned to two generators if Follow A is selected and to all generators if both
Follow A and Digital Follow Analog choices are selected. An X through an icon
shows that the associated generator does not have amplitude and frequency controls
assigned to it (see Figure 4-3).

NOTE. The choices for a master generator to follow are limited to the B generator
following the A generator for both the analog and the digital generators, and
Digital A follow Analog A.
Next to the knob assignment icon is the Waveform pop-up soft key. Touch this soft
key to display a pop-up menu from which you can select the type of generator
output waveform. Dimmed selections in the pop-up menu are unavailable. Turn the
knob to select a waveform and touch the pop-up menu to accept it. You can also
touch the waveform pop-up soft key, use the Enter button, or Clear Menu to accept
your selection.
