AM700 Audio Measurement Set User Manual
You can improve the measurement speed of the Analyzer by disabling (shutting off)
unneeded measurements. This is especially important when acquiring a fast external
sweep. To disable unneeded measurements, press the Menu button to display the
Audio Analyzer menus. Touch the Enables soft key to display the Audio Analyzer
measurement selections (see Figure 4-23). Use the check boxes displayed in this
submenu to select (or unselect) the desired Audio Analyzer measurements. These
controls affect both the RT Measurements and the graphical measurements.

If stereo measurements are not being made, unselect that choice, and if measure-
ments are being made only on one channel, the unused channel can be unselected.
The AM700 does not make the measurements that are dimmed in the real-time box.
When unneeded measurements are off (particularly THD, THD+N, IMD, and Wow
and Flutter), the enabled measurements are made more quickly.
