The Audio Analyzer application accepts analog or digital audio input signals for
analysis. This application makes the following measurements:
H Signal Level and Frequency
H Stereo Phase Difference
H Level Difference
H THD (total harmonic distortion)
H THD + N (total harmonic distortion plus noise)
H IMD (intermodulation distortion)
H Crosstalk + noise
H Channel separation
H Wow and Flutter

The Digital Interface Tester application can be used to evaluate electrical and data
characteristics of industry standard digital audio interfaces including AES/EBU,
SPDIF (also known as consumer), and optical consumer.
The Digital Interface Tester makes the following measurements:
H Bit Activity
H Channel Status
H Eye Diagram
H Jitter Spectrum

The Audio Monitor application displays applied audio signals in the style of a
dual-trace digitizing oscilloscope presentation. You can make simple time-domain
measurements on these displayed signals. Cursors are provided to aid amplitude and
time measurements. Refer to Audio Monitor beginning on page 4-97 for more
information.
