1. Examine the Fuel Line - Disconnect the fuel hose at the carburetor.
Is there fuel flowing freely?
No - Clogged fuel hose/line or clogged fuel filter
- Clogged fuel valve
Yes - SEE STEP 2
2. Carburetor Inspection - Disassemble the carburetor and check for clogs.
Was the carburetor clogged and dirty?
No - See your Authorized Monster Moto Service Center to have your go-kart serviced.
Yes - Carburetor is not serviced frequently enough, contaminated fuel
Poor Performance at High Speed
Troubleshooting
Steering is heavy
- Check the tie rods
Wheels wobble during operation
- Excessive wheel bearing play
- Bent rim
- Improperly installed wheel hub
- Bent frame
The go-kart pulls to one side
- Damaged axle
- Damaged frame
