Assembly Instructions for Small Pet Beds

Before beginning assembly please take a few moments to read the instructions carefully, understanding each step.
Likewise please also ensure that the hardware package contains the items as described here.
Tools Needed: 9/16 Inch Wrench/Socket, Mallet.
Parts List: (1 ea.) Headboard/Footboard Assemblies, (4) Side Rails, (2) Cross Supports, (1) Mattress Support,
(1) Mattress, (4) Wooden Hole Plugs
Hardware List: (4) 4” Lag Bolts, (4) Washers
Assembly Directions:
Step 1. Place headboard (headboard & footboard are interchangeable) assembly flat on soft, non-marring surface
with holes facing upward.
Step 2. Insert the four side rails into the four holes of the headboard, positioning the bottom side rail with holes
facing inward to accept cross supports.
Step 3. Insert cross supports into predrilled holes in side rails.
Step 4. Tap side rails gently until seated in headboard.
Step 5. Stand headboard/side rail assembly upright.
Step 6. Insert one lag with washer into predrilled holes on headboard and tighten until secure.
Step 7. Position footboard at end of side rails.
Step 8. Carefully insert side rails into corresponding holes on footboard.
Step 9. Insert one lag with washer into each predrilled hole on footboard and tighten until secure.
Step 10. Ensure all lag bolts are tight. Insert a wooden hole plug into each of the headboard/footboard holes and
tap gently into place.
Step 11. Place mattress support on top of cross supports. Place mattress on top of mattress support.
Your new pet bed is now fully assembled. Enjoy!
