When the service disconnecting means cannot be locked, securely fasten a warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel. Slip downrod into motor housing yoke, aligning holes and install cross pin and keeper pin. Insert cross pin through yoke and downrod until point appears on the other side, and insert keeper pin on cross pin. Pull the downrod up tight against the cross pin, and then evenly tighten the downrod set screws on motor housing yoke.
12 13 14 Decorative ring Blade Plate on motor Groove Light plate Raise canopy to mounting bracket, aligning loosened screws in mounting bracket with slotted holes in canopy. Twist canopy clockwise to lock. Reinstall screws that were previously removed in step 3 and then tighten all screw securely. Install decorative ring. Align the head of set screws on the canopy with the groove in the decorative ring and twist clockwise till tight. Insert blade into the slot on flywheel.
Remote Controller Operation Remove the battery cover from the remote control transmitter and install batteries. Replace the cover. This remote uses 2 1.5V/AAA batteries.
Install Transmitter wall mount cradle with 2 screws provided. Useful tips: Take remote transmitter up by pushing it at lower area of the transmitter. The remote transmitter can be held on magnetic metal materials by a magnet built in the transmitter.
