Step 9. Place the Embers as shown in gure 30g.
Arrange the ember chips on top of the burner tray. Care should be taken
when placing the embers, as blocked burner ports may cause an
incorrect ame pattern, carbon deposits and delayed ignition. Also,
the embers must never be placed in a way that obstructs any of
the air inlet ports, located at the rear of the burner, as shown in
gure 30b.
Place Embers in this area
Installing the Horizontal Louvres:
1. Ensure the replace is turned off before beginning installation.
2. Install the upper louvre assembly as shown in gure 31a. Before
tightening the screws fully, adjust the louvre assembly so that it is
centred horizontally and vertically.
3. Install the lower louvre assembly. Line up the slots on each side of
the bottom louvre with the hinge tabs at the base of the replace
as shown in gure 31b.
