5.11 FLUE EXTENSIONS (RSF341) - OPTIONAL
5.12 FLUE DEFLECTOR KIT (RSF300) - OPTIONAL
For side outlet refer to section 1.2 before connecting.
1. Makesurethat‘tophat’onthecollar(A)tsoverthe
rectangular form on the inner plastic pipe (B).
2. Ensurethattheatbaseofthecollar(C)is
positioned on the bottom lip of the pipe (D).
INNER PIPE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3. Slide the pipe and collar assembly back into the outer
housing (E), note that this can only be done at the female
end of the outer housing.
4. Whenttingsupportbrackets(F)makesuretheyare
positioned on the female side of the neck as shown.

Theuedeectorelbowcanbettedtotheueoutletofthestandard
terminalkitsRSF303orRSF305todeecttheueproductshorizontally
to the left or the right only.
1. RefertotheboilerInstallationandServicingInstructionsforttingof
theboileranditsuesystem.
Note. The resistance of the deector is equivalent to 1 metre of ue
length. Ensure this is used when calculating the maximum allowable
ue length.
2. Choosethedirectionrequiredtodeecttheueproducts
(horizontally left or right only).
3. Pushthedeectorelbowontotheangledueoutletoftheterminal
inthedesiredpositionandensurethedeectorispusheduptothe
shoulder to fully engage the rubber seal. Drill the terminal through
theholeinthedeectorwitha3.2mm(1/8")drillandsecurethe
deectorwiththeselftappingscrewprovided.
Note. Only use water as a lubricant during assembly. Do not use
mineral based oils.
5.13 90º KIT RSF315 (OPTIONAL)
This optional kit can be used on both horizontal and
verticaluekits
1. Use dimensions below for calculating total length
2. Whencuttingextensionsoruekitsalwaysallow
sufcient(+30mmairduct+14mmueduct)to
allowforcorrectengagementinthetting
3. 1 elbow reduces the maximum available length by
1m
Note. Only use water as a lubricant during assembly .
Do not use mineral based oils.
