advanced technology. Our products are sold in 89 countries through a global network of 230 authorized
Morningstar distributors.
Our TriStar™, ProStar™, SunSaver™ SunSaver Duo™, SunSaver MPPT™, SunKeeper™, SunLight™, SunGuard™,
SHS™; and accessories including TriStar™ Meter, TriStar™ Remote Meter, Remote Temperature Sensor, Relay
Driver, PC Meterbus Adapter and DIN Rail Mounting Clips; and SureSine™ pure sine wave inverters have set
new standards in the photovoltaic industry for quality, high reliability and extended battery life.
Morningstar is a privately owned US corporation. Our commercial office is located in Newtown, Pennsylvania
and our engineering lab is in Jessup, Maryland.
Morningstar’s controllers, inverters and accessories are wholly designed and tested in USA. Product
components are sourced globally. Final assembly is completed in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and fully complies with
ISO 9001 Certification. Shipping is contracted through UPS-Supply Chain Solutions and is completed from
warehouse locations in Los Angeles, California USA and Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
This is to certify that the country of origin for Morningstar products is Taiwan, as the point of final assembly.
All Morningstar products are sold under the Morningstar name brand and commercial, technical and
warranty support is handled by our two USA offices. The said products fully conform to the description and
technical specification as per all purchase orders.
Morningstar retains ownership of our product design and has patent protection of our controller technology.
We direct, monitor and coordinate the manufacturing processes, quality control and components parts
procurement.
