(Shown on page 3) Pull out the mains cable to it’s full length and plug into the mains supply. Switch on by pressing the on/off switch ﬁ. TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES 1 2 Fit the hose to the cleaner by inserting the hose end into the hose inlet ⁄. When removing, squeeze the clips either side and pull. Attach the hose.

1060 Rev5 17/5/06 12:52 Page 7 Exhaust filter Cleaning and maintenance The exhaust filter Â is located at the rear of the cleaner. Press the catch and pull the exhaust grille ‰ away G. Pull the bottom of the filter outwards so the top of the filter unhooks from the filter recess. Unplug from the mains before cleaning. The vacuum cleaner, especially the dust compartment and all accessories can be cleaned using a damp cloth or a nonabrasive cleaner and wiped dry.
