Warranty
All MotoBatt batteries come with a full 2 year replacement warranty. To process a warranty we
will need to record some information about the type of failure and have the battery ‘top plate or
lid’ returned. In most cases there is no need to return the battery if we can determine the type of
failure over the phone or by email. A replacement can be processed and shipped to your location
for $15.95 (to cover shipping and processing). Even if you did not purchase your battery from us
directly we may be able to process your warranty if you have a sales receipt or based on the
MotoBatt date stamp atop of the battery. For MotoBattBatteries.com customers we will go by the
purchase date; everyone else will default to the date code unless proof of purchase can be
established. Please call or email for warranty details and return instructions for the battery or top
plate. Do not send items back without authorization, which includes written notification of the
RMA number and return address.
