These features give you a rough idea of how much call time
you’ve used and the cost. Note that these figures may not
match what your service provider charges you, as they’re
not measured in the same way.
emergency calls
To call an emergency number, tap Start > Phone then enter the
emergency number and press

Your service provider programs emergency phone numbers
(such as 112 or 911) that you can call under any
circumstances, even when your phone is locked.
Emergency numbers vary by country. Your phone’s
pre-programmed emergency number(s) may not work in all
locations, and sometimes an emergency call cannot be
placed due to network, environmental, or interference
issues.
restrict calls
Restrict outgoing or incoming calls:
Start > Settings > Phone > Services tab > Call Barring > Get Settings
Select which incoming and outgoing calls to block.
