Setting the FM Frequency
1. In FM mode press or to change the frequency in
0.1 MHz increment.
2. Long press to go to the next available FM channel.
Note: While radio is in FM mode, it allows you to

Transmitting a PTT Call in FM Mode
1. In FM mode, pressing the PTT button to switch radio to

Receiving Call in FM Mode
1. In FM mode, any incoming call can switch radio to two-
way mode. Two-way mode screen is shown and the
blinks.
2. When the call ended, radio switches back to FM mode.
FM mode screen is shown.
Receiving Weather Alert in FM Mode
1. When receiving a Weather Alert, radio switches to
Weather Mode. Weather mode screen is shown and the
blinks until the mode is exited by you.

You can stay in weather mode or press Mode to
exit and return to FM mode.
Note: When the weather channel is activated after
receiving an alert, and no buttons are
pressed for 5 minutes, the weather mode
automatically reverts to FM mode.
