Scenario On How To Program A Radio
The following is an example of a scenario on how to set up an organization.
You can program the radio according to the following order:
1. Place all Homegroups under Company name (All Talk) for emergencies and for public announcements.
2. Place All Departments under HomeGroups so that everyone can be contacted. Put diifferent departments
in separate categories. For example, “sales”, “warehouse”, “operations” and “management”.
3. Place each manager under a department. Under the department, place the department manager.
4. Place all employees (staff list) under managers.
