MONITOR QUICK START GUIDE
FUNCTION BUTTONS
- START/STOP/RESET: Press Start/Stop to exercise. Press RESET and hold for 1 min. to reset monitor to zero value.
- ENTER: To select and confirm functions
- UP: To increase
- DOWN: To decrease
- PULSE RECOVERY: Press & hold for 1min to rate your heart rate recovery the moment you stop exercise. F1= best, F6= worst.
DISPLAY
- TIME: Without setting value, and after pressing START, it will count time up to 99.59. In setting mode, press  to set the
desired time to exercise from 1:00 to 99:00 monitor will count down and will beep when time is completed.
- DISTANCE: Without setting value, it will count up to 99.9 km. In setting mode, press  to set the desired distance to exercise
from 0.1km to 99.9 km monitor will count down and will beep when distance is achieved.
- STROKES/MIN: Shows the current strokes per minute.
- PULSE: It detects pulse signals (BPM) from the chest belt (included) from 40 to 220 bpm.
- COUNT: Shows the strokes you have done up to 9999.
- CALORIES: Shows calories burned up to 999
- WATT: Shows the current Watt value.
- PROGRAM: Displays the profile of PROGRAM 1-7, TARGET HR and USER 1-4
