Troubleshooting
Check these questions first if you have problems with
your phone. If you need additional help, contact the
Motorola Customer Call Center at 1-800-331-6456
(United States) or 1-800-461-4575 (Canada).

Your phone may be muted. Press

Also, make sure that your phone’s
microphone is not blocked by its
carrying case or a sticker.
Has the phone
been
damaged,
dropped, or
gotten wet?
Dropping your phone, getting it
wet, or using a non-Motorola
battery or battery charger can
damage the phone. The phone’s
limited warranty does not cover
liquid damage or damage caused
from using non-Motorola
accessories.
Was a
non-Motorola
battery or
battery
charger used?
