Initial Setup
Setting a Language Preference
Your phone’s display is set to the language of the country where it is sold.
Note: All languages are listed with spelling and characters that are unique to the language. For
example, Spanish is listed as Español and Turkish is listed as Türkçe.
Setting Automatic Redial
When you turn on automatic redial, your phone automatically redials calls that fail due to network
conditions.
Setting Auto PIN Dial
Some networks require an authenticating Personal Identification Number (PIN) to allow
outgoing calls. To determine if your phone needs a PIN number, contact your service provider.
To enter or change a PIN and configure your phone to dial automatically:
9 S scroll to Format
10 SELECT (+) change the date format to
mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy, or month abbreviation
Find the Feature M > Settings > Other Settings > Initial Setup > Language
Press To

S scroll to the preferred language setting
2 SELECT (+) confirm the new language setting
Find the Feature M > Settings > Other Settings > Initial Setup > Auto Redial
Press To

S toggle between On or Off
2 SELECT (+) confirm the new setting
