These computers use standard PC-100
DIMMs. There are two DIMMs slots accessible
from the bottom of the computer. The
maximum DIMM size for each slot is 512 MB,
for a total of 1 GB.

to the logic board. If the two
DIMM slots are empty, the
machine will not operate.

DV+ logic boards come standard
with one 64 MB PC-100
SDRAM DIMM. These
computers are expandable to 1
GB (use two 512 MB PC-100
DIMMs).
128 MB The iMac DV Special Edition
comes standard with one 128
PC-100 SDRAM DIMM. The
iMac DV Special Edition is
expandable to 1 GB MB (use two
512 MB PC-100 DIMMs).
