This diagnostic indicates the general status of the DCT2000. Figure B-2 illustrates the LED that
alternates between the error code and the purchases count:

The purchases count is used by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to check returned
DCT2000 for uncollected purchases that are used to close out a subscriber’s account. The largest
error code takes priority.
