Disposal: Promptly dispose of used
batteries in accordance with local
regulations. Contact your local
recycling center or national recycling
organizations for more information on how
to dispose of batteries.

To turn your phone on ,
slide down and hold
the power ON/OFF key
(see illustration) until
the display turns on.
To turn your phone
off ,
slide down and hold
the power ON/OFF key
for a few seconds.
make a call
Enter a phone number, then press N .
Tip: To voice dial a call, see page 27.
answer a call
When your phone rings and/or vibrates,
press
N to answer.
If you’re listening to music or the FM radio
through a headset plugged into the headset
jack, the phone rings as usual when you
receive a call. Press
Answer to answer the
incoming call through the headset. If the
headset doesn’t have a microphone, use the
phone microphone (see illustration on
page 2) to speak to the other party.

To “hang up,” press O .
